This paper proposes a new model of nonlinear complex dynamical networks with time-delay and sampled-data, which is transformed based on the characteristics of the sampling period, and investigates the group synchronization of nonlinear complex dynamical networks with time-delay and sampled-data. The Lyapunov function is established to prove that the network can achieve the group synchronization under some special conditions. Numerical example and simulations are proposed to illustrate the theoretical results.
