Abstract

We all have finite years in our professional career life—however long that may be—and a desire to accomplish as much as we can during that period. As our initial career choice changes and advances, we need to adopt and adapt to these changes and advances as efficiently and effectively as possible to best fulfil our evolving career goals. There are a number of approaches and choices to be made in designing a career and practicing a profession. I, as an engineer, radiologist, administrator, and entrepreneur, would like to share my personal professional journey and perspective by highlighting some of my work in imaging science and radiology along with a brief history of the evolving changes and opportunities in radiology and related healthcare.
