We propose an integrated concept of system alerting for epileptic seizures and related adverse events in patients suffering from epileptic disorder. The system is based on multiple sensor modalities including video audio accelerometer and EEG real-time recordings. The preliminary results show that by combining sensory information, greater sensitivity and specificity can be achieved. In addition, dubious events can be further classified for possible diagnostic application.
