Abstract

Dr. Gardiner will show case the Our Whole Lives; e health platform for chronic pain and chronic diseases such as high blood pressure. It was funded from Patients Centered Outcome Research Institute (PCORI, AD-1304-6218) for a comparative effectiveness study for participants with chronic pain and depression.
