Bilinear Modeling of Unitary Operations and BMPC Control

Abstract

This document aims to apply the concept of bilinear structures to unitary operations, which allows the development of models in these structures. Also, it will give an idea of the utility of these models in the development of controllers for mass and heat transfer operations. To do this, we analyze two unitary operations. A mathematical model is developed, discretized, and finally, a BMPC control is implemented.
