Abstract

Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation (QCM-D) is a technique used for real-time detection of in situ changes in mass and viscoelastic properties. In this study, we have established a novel QCM-D protocol whereby change in dissipation is used to monitor the change in viscoelastic properties of cells in response to oxidative stress.
