We have been developing a robot system for power distribution line maintenance operated by task-level commands such as grasp the bolt and clench the bolt. We manufactured an experimental robot system and challenged two task performance tests. The robot performed grasp the bolt on the toolbox with almost 100% success rate and clench the nut to the bolt with about 50% success rate.
