Abstract

In this paper, we propose a novel voice indicator capable of distinguishing healthy subjects from patients with Parkinson's disease. Specifically, we propose an indicator based on the relationship between two indices, the Zero Crossing Rate (ZCR) used in fields such as Voice Activity Detection (VAD), and the Hurst Exponent (HE) used in stock price analysis.
