We present several key design aspects of a 5G-V2X testbed designed for achieving ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) between vehicles. These include flexible numerology adaptation, short TT, and self-contained feedback. We discuss our approaches of frame structure design, processing algorithm, mapping from simulation to real-time implementation according to the hardware and software limitations. Experimental results of select features considering both realistic and extreme V2V channels are provided.
