Abstract

IN LIFE aims to prolong and support the independent living of seniors with cognitive impairments, through interoperable, open, personalized and seamless ICT solutions that support home activities, communication, health maintenance, travel, mobility and socialization tasks, with novel, scalable and viable business models, based on feedback from large-scale and multi-country pilot applications. Emphasis is placed on elderly and career interactions, communications, and care scheduling and monitoring. Multi-country large-scale pilots are being conducted in different environments such as: at home, at sheltered homes, at hospital, and outpatient clinics.
