Abstract

The present work reports a novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor comprises a cell culture module to measure and monitor the drug regulation of the angiogenesis switch in living cancer cells. Bevacizumab and Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were used to demonstrate the concept.
